By accessing English With Anjana (EWA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

AI Usage & Fair Use

The EWA TalkMate AI is provided as an educational tool. Users must not:

Attempt to "spam" the API or bypass usage limits.
Use the AI to generate illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Use automated scripts to interact with the chat system.

We reserve the right to block any IP address or visitor ID found to be abusing the system infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

The AI provides automated linguistic corrections. While we strive for accuracy, EWA is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in AI responses. Use the tutor as a practice tool, not a source of critical truth.

Sensitive Information

Users are strictly prohibited from entering sensitive personal identification, financial details, or login credentials into the AI system. EWA is not liable for data breaches resulting from users sharing sensitive data with the AI.
